The Challenge

Royal LePage Lakes of Muskoka Realty is just beginning to craft a strategic approach to marketing and one of the areas that has proven beneficial for its competitors is implementing email marketing campaigns. To engage with the brand’s followers, RLP Muskoka needs to create a simple email marketing campaign that is informative and entertaining.

The Concept

The home-buying process can sometimes be a nightmare. To elevate some of the stress associated with the process, Royal LePage will create a weekly email campaign for its followers. This campaign will feature a prominent current listing, highlight any open houses in the Muskoka area and offer links to articles dedicated to tips and tricks for home improvement and real estate market trends.

The Execution

The completed design features a simple yet stylish layout featuring the primary brand colours. Special consideration is given to the mobile-readiness of the design, as our target audience is usually glued to their devices. Large images, simple phrasing and clear headlines ensure that our message is delivered in a way that is easy to digest.
